poor workmanship

we had enlisted universal for a contractor to do some renovations around the house. Full painting, repair and replace gutters, window frames ect... aswell as repair the skylight which was leaking. needless to say, a month later the paint was peeping off the gutters rusting, the putty in the window frames has fallen out in places, they missed some painting of the window frames. Sky light leaks... all they did was take an extra piece of ceiling board WE had in the garage and used that to replace the old one. Concrete and enamel paint all over the brickwork to which they attempted to GRIND off!!!! So know the bricks are bare and look hideous in some places. Damp has seeped into the house due to no sealant being painted on after they stripped all the old paint. Numerous attempts to get a resolution from them or at least some money back to repair the damage and being ignored....well what can I say... had to inform legal team to resolve.
