Univa pethethic customer service

Bought a Stove from Game(which has just as bad service as Univa, Game Richards Bay never log my call, i had to do it my self after a week) after login my issue with the support mail, someone response and advises a service provide with assist, after a week the service provided called and said they don't cover my area where I say, I then had to send many emails to Univa before getting them to reassit a service provider. It took the guy 2 weeks to come and sort my stove Yesterday, and there's still 1 plate that's not working properly, it was load shedding and we couldn't test the stove. Yesterday when we call the tech whos name is Muzzi, he says it's not his problem and we must log a complaint. This company has there worse products and to ake it worse their customer service is absolutely pethethic. I regret buying a Univa Stove
