UNIVA defective products

Back plate rusting. Oven light not working. Bought a Univa Uii6B stove ***A0334 on the 21/2/2023. Instead of repairing the problem a rep will now take photographs of the defects and depending on branch decision repair the defects. Advice was to clean a stove plate with oil & polish. Serious!
