UNIVA - Bad Quality Brand

UNIVA is a really bad brand. I bought a stove a game Potchefstroom last year November and this year August the stove started acting up with the oven not working then all of sudden while the pots were on the stove the glass plates broke. we reported the stove to game. Game called a technician to come and view the stove and they assessed that the glass was broken due to our negligence which i do not understand how they came to that conclusion and they want us to pay for the replacement of that glass that broke due to bad quality. I am really angry at the fact this was due to UNIVA's bad quality stove that now we are siting with a broken glass plate that we must replace because their technician say it is due to negligence. UNIVA and game must see to it that is poor quality stove is replaced or refunded because if it was due to negligence i would not come to this platform and express my utter disappointment at the UNIVA brand.
