Poor service, ******* product

<p>I purchased a gas stove from Univa in October 2016. Within a month the oven door buckled and was no longer able to use the oven. I reported it to Univa and after several calls they eventually sent their repair agents in February 2017. The stove had to be taken away for repairs. A month goes by, more phone calls only to be told the stove cannot be repaired. They will send me a new one. It is now May and all they have is excuses and dodge my phone calls. All while I don't have anything to cook on!</p>
