poor communication, pathetic response

In a nutshell,

Emailed: ignoria.hadebe on Date: 2020/06/30 09:56 (GMT+02:00) to find out if they have oven racks/ pan for my univa oven. Gave them the exact measurements and after all that back and forth they insist on a foto from the oven. Eventually i manage to take a photo as i have limited access to the rental property. Their response from looking at the photo"Sent: Monday, 06 July 2020 14:49 'Krestell' <***>; 'Krystal Jacobs' <***> "Good day Trevor We do not have oven racks for this model, thank you"

Nothing like, we don't have that model but we will try to get stock or source some for you or perhaps try to get some second hand. Or perhaps take my measurements and see which oven racks they stock will work. Look the list goes on on how much better service i would expect from a company especially now in COVID-19 where clients should start to be treated better. No clients, no business. No dazzling clients, well that leads to helloPeter complaint, facebook complaints, word of mouth and eventually to no business for you in the future.

Anyway, any univa oven i come across i will be sure to look the other way as its self evident that you will not really get service.
