Poor appliance and poor customer service

They sold me stove that trips electricity. I reported the issue and they are doing nothing about it. They act like they don't know which shop the stove comes from after I gave them serial number of the stove. The over of the stove is new as I cant use it it trips the whole house electricity . I can only use 2 plates of the stove if I open 3 the electricity trips. Poor customer service as the stove is only a year old and I had the issue since the stove was new.
