Pathetic post purchase support

Bought stove Nov 2023.Started using stove after Jan 2024.At 3rd use of oven-door broke off.By April back plate was faulty.Notified company and have been in contact since then.By AUGUST..unit approved for replacement and since then no response to e-mails.They collected the faulty stove(Sept 17th 2024) with NO reconciliation/replacement. Without a fully functioning stove/oven since April and the company has maintained its stoic SILENCE
