Pathetic customer service delivery

I purchased a stove, few days later plates of stove not working Univa product. Called hifi corp, they sent out technical team, was explained plates myst be changed but technician has to come back with parts. Called again, explained to operator i work night shift at times as i am shift worker and day shift i only come home after 7pm. I was explained tech only goes into phoenix in the afternoon. Its a month later still awaiting for my stove to be fixed.
