No help from Univa

I have been trying to get a spare part for my Univa washing machine (from paddle) for a month. The washing machine is 6 months old. There is excuse after excise an absolutely no follow through. No one 9n Aourh Adrica seems to stock these spares even though House and Home assured me it was a great brand for South Africans to buy.
