Good day Univa.This is totally unprofessional,I reported the stove on the 9/10/2023 and you only responded late on the 10th .all stove not working .they told me that technician will come on 11th .on the 11th technician call around 12 saying he will come on Monday .Univa the service is poor even the technician does not even care.if you can't attend to us .you should reimburse us.i have a young kids that eat soft porridge so without stove we can't prepare food.i am very much disappointed😔.UN***
