faulty unit

I have contacted your offices countless times over the last few weeks . i bought a stove a year ago. the door broke and the hinges and door panel were replaced , when it was replaced the now doesnt close properly and the heat escapes from the oven . i told you this on the same job card. has my door been looked at again ? yes and the guy never returned. im sorry but i actually paid R4300 for a faulty unit and i am not happy that my emails are not answered. i will be laying a complaint with the ombudsman as well
