Extractor Hood

Bought your hood extractor for my kitchen through Takealot. When it arrived and the installation had to take place the glass was shattered and could not be done although I still had to pay the installer. Your technician came out with a new piece of glass 3 days later and shattered again while replacing. The technician took this back to the factory and promised for it to be delivered on Wednesday 24th July 2024. I then arranged for the installer to come on Thursday just to be safe. Guess what..... Still waiting and had to pay the installer again.
