Customer service is pathetic, and you are robbing your customers

I bought 5 burner gas stove from Takealot. We never connected the stove from the time we purchase. Now we are ready to use the stove you our surprise the stove has two broken knobs. Went back go Takealot they referred me to UNIVA who refuses to exchange the stove and sent the technician to my house to come and repair the stove that was packed by their employees who knew the stove is broken.

The technician came to my house and saw that the stove was never used still in it's packaging and tells that he sees that the switch is also broken he must order it, now I ask you UNIVA why are you inconveniencing your paying customers, I paid R10200 for nothing because the stove is sitting in my lounge waiting for the technician to come and repair something I never used.

I want my money back if you are not going to exchange the stove. I am sick of your customer service, you playing with people's mind.
