Broken gas stove

I m very upset with the quality of your gas stove .I bought my stove at the glen HiFi cooperation. Within 2 months the plate not working I went and reported at the store it was booked off .The guys came but were not able to fixe it .No this is unacceptable I paid lots of money 💰 .
