bad service

<p>After trying to get legal cover from unity legal I found that the service given was terrible! The agent I spoke to wad very eager to get my banking details but has not confirmed a policy as yet! When I called in to complain and get more information regarding a policy number and adding a beneficiary I found that the policy was not confirmed. I was supposed to have call back at 12:30 and still no one has contacted me regarding what is happening.</p>
