Unity, Scratch & Dent Unity Tyre & rim
This has got to be the worst insurance company I put in 2 claim for first week scratch & dent in the first week in April 2020.I've submitted the Relevant information they required.. after that ABSOLUTE NO RESPONSE!. I hace to call them almost every day for the last 3months, every time they say they will call me back - NO CALL BACK from UNITY I've email them, NO RESPONSE I've asked to speak to the MANAGER - They say they will get Cornie, who's is their manage to call me back - NO CALL BACK OR RESPONSE. I've also submitted tyre claim on 12/06/2020.... ABSOLUTE NO RESPONSE. Here to I called them every day for the last week @ least 5 time.. Her too the response they will call me back...Need i start mentioning the names of the consultants?

To my surprise, after posting the complaint, I received 2 call for Unity.
1st call was from a guy, sorry i did not get his name, I think it was the excitement. Thank you for the response
2nd call was from Cornette of UNITY, thanks for the understanding and feedback.
Cornette agreed attend & resolve my claim.
Await her feedback
