UNITY INSURANCE ARE ******

Listen here - kindly desist from withdrawing money from my account. I thoght we were on the same page but more that what we agreed was deducted from my salary this month.

And I also saw something very important that you people do not disclose during the onboarding and it's the 7% that one has to pay that I feel you should mention when selling the insurance and not for one to be surprised at the time of claim to be told they need to pay 7% of total amount of the claim when consultants only spoke of excesses.

This is so underhanded, I can't deal with this dishonesty. I can't. CANCEL MY INSURANCE WITH YOU PEOPLE.

We acknowledge receipt of your complaint.
Kindly be advised that we have escalated the matter to the relevant team to investigate the deductions that were debited from your account versus what was communicated to you at sales stage.
With reference to the additional excesses that are applicable; the sales consultant will inform the client what the basic excess is and then advise the client to ensure that they go through their policy documentation to familiarise themselves with all the excesses that may be applicable at the time of the claim. The 7.5% that you make reference to; would be applicable should the vehicle be ******.
We will in the interim ensure that you are contacted should you wish to proceed with the cancellation of the policy. In addition, we will revert back to you regarding the deductions after we have listened to the sales call.
We trust that you will find the above in order.
Kind Regards
The Unity Team
