Promised documentation not provided on time causes inconvenience and worry
Three days after adding a new car to my policy ********** 43 I am still waiting for the confirmation email that was promised immediately. This makes one really stressed while driving in crazy Pretoria. The premium has already gone off my bank account but I still have no document, no confirmation. Please do not again call, just email janmconradie at gmail dot com.
