Poor service from Unity Insurance
I enquired about astromical increase on policy ********** 85 (Unity Insurance) on 7 December. I was promised to get feed back same day. This and 4 follow-up e-mails and still no response despite their automated system indicated at maximum 48 hours somebody will attend to matter. This type of service is totally unacceptable

14 Dec 2018, 10:47I did get a call and is awaiting final resolution. It is however unfortunate that I had to revert to this forum to get a response. Ideally in terms of common business practise this should have been resolved on a direct client/service provider basis.
