Poor customer service

Dear Unity <br> <br> I got an accident on the 14th of November 2015 Tzaneen and claim was registered on 16th November 2015.I am not happy because even today my claim has not been finalised.They told me that i must go and collect a report from the police station and also a report from the hospital where i was treated after the accidents.i got those 2 reports and send them to them .they wanted also the last date of service on the car but i ddnt get it because when i arrive at the towing company they told me that the insurance has already taken my car and they diddnt inform me and i dont know where the car is.when i call to make follow ups they always postpone date of finalisation.iam tired of waiting its almost 2 months now, iam struggling to go to work and do my personal staff because i dont have a car and its inconviniencing me.i need this issue to be sorted out so i know i can get a new car or what.the delay is killing me because iam the one who always call them if i dont they also dont call me. I wish this issue can be resolved so i can move on with life because at the moment iam stuck.i need assistant in this regard <br> <br> Regards<br> TF Mundalamo
