Policy documents,Call recording
1.No where to be found. 2. Don't return calls. 3. Don't reply to emails. 4. Not logging of calls on their system, always have to start your problem to every agent. Is this a business or a joke. A. Scele Nhlapo promised to call back #Dololo B. Chalie Swartz promised to call close of Business on friday #Dolol
i just spoke to Lewellyn Hassajee who promised to look into the problem and call me back back by 13:30
