Pathetic service

Having been with an Insurere for so long and when u need them to assist they cant. My TV is valued @ R7000.00 they want to give me R1500.00 to replace the TV, then theirs the washing machine which they feel its wear and tear what is contect cover? And the machine when off due to a power failure they want to come and talk about wear and tear, its pathetic. I will never ever do business with you or refer a friend to your business
