Not living up to their expectation/Making promises which they cannot fulfill

The quotation for the repairs to my vehicle came up to R32,000.00 and Unity Insure is prepared to pay R2000.00 towards the repairs despite the fact that on the policy schedule the amount for each component is R2000.00. I'm not sure if they are only prepared to pay for only one component at once. I think they should have a transparency whereby they have a schedule of fees which outlines everything they are prepared to do and what they are not prepared to do.

My car was in the garage for a whole week while I waited for the TA to assess what was wrong with the vehicle during which resulted in a loss of earnings and me being grossly inconvenienced.

This is the second time that I have come on to HelloPeter regarding this insurance company
