No service!

I put in a claim with Unity insurance for my value added products being my tyres on the 6th of October, I have been making constant contact and sending pictures and emails, and spoke to numerous consultants who make empty promises but have not bothered to call me back. The person responsible for this pathetic service is Livuhani. I requested a call recording and and still awaiting feedback on this. In the mean time my claim was approved and not paid out 2 months later? Cornette Maass the manager was to call me back on the 6th of December and I'm still waiting.
