No service

I have been a full comprehensive client with Unity for about 5 years now. I have been retrenched and wanted a discounted rate or re-rate on my monthly premiums, after calling 3 times and having the call cut I decided to publicise my irritation. please could someone have a look at my cover and get back to me.
