My worse customer experience ever

Had car an accident on 27/03 submitted claim on 31/03 with Unity.
Although I requested updates on numerous occasions(via email), I only got feedback on the 22/04 that my claim has been rejected due to my access = damage of my car.
When I checked the quote it was of very poor standards(reason my car was out of warranty) and conveniently the cheap repair cost was the same as my access payment. I don't know why it took 3wks to assess my car?
The p/beater on the quote indicated for TC P/beaters, but my car was & still is at RenewIT in Sandton. It's like they never planned to recover my car and to get it fixed and thought that I was gone be gullible enough to pay storage fees. I put in a complaint with Ryan(Manager) and on the 23/04 I requested reassessment to be done.
Hence Bruce(assessor) phoned me on the 24/04 & from the word go said that reasesment will make no difference so he said that he will escalate to his manage to contact me.
His manager never phoned so on the 30/04 I complained to Ryan again on the delay of the assessment review & never rep****.
Today's the 06/05 and I still no reply from Unity & Im STILL STRUGGLING WITHOUT A CAR. Isn't insurance suppose to make life easier?

Hello tigers,

We acknowledge your complaint.

We confirm that the assessor discussed the quote with you. The vehicle is unfortunately out of warrantee, hence the reason why we have quoted for alternative parts.
As discussed with our Customer Relation Specialists, we will arrange with the assessing manager to make contact with you to rebook an assessment. Please expect a call from our assessing team during the course of the day.
Further to the above, we will also investigate any service failures and address it on an internal basis.
Regards,
The Unity Team.
