insurance wanting a loop hole not to pay out

on the 14th of march I was involved in a car accident, the police officer assumed I was drunk so they took me to the nearest hospital for my blood to be withdrawn. Now UNITY INSURANCE/TELESURE say they not going to pay out or wait for the blood results cause of the statement of the police, these insurances will do anything to rip you off then playing they part.thanks to hallo peter such matters can be exposed, I feel I was under the limit why can't we wait for the results so we can see a way forward then taking a strangers statement with out proof.
