Excess not refunded
I Was involved in a accident and I had to pay 3300 excess in order to get my car fixed the insurer said they will recover my money and refund when every documentation was submitted of which I did when I am requesting my excess to be refunded no one is giving me a direct answer everyone is just passing the buck.
