Disgusting service

I have an extended warranty and my car is in for service. The service guy calls them and they said i cancelled my warranty, okay i call and get that sorted apparently its with their innovations team. I spoke to the most rude consultant ever she does not listen and made feel like an idiot. Now i spoke to another consultant called Lumka probably the same person and they keep on hanging up the call. There is no network issues or anything wrong with my line or theirs. Their claim process is tedious and annoying.
