1st claim in over 10years

The quotation for the for replacing my keys was to R6463.00 and Unity Insure is prepared to pay R613.00 towards the replacement despite that I have never had a claim from them for over 10years. I think they should have a transparency whereby they have a schedule of fees which outlines everything they are prepared to do and what they are not prepared to do. I am really thinking of cancelling with them as this means I have been paying for nothing inconvenienced. This is my first claim and I have had it , I am ready to take this to the Ombudsman .The fact that you telling me that you can consider half also show you not sure of what you are doing .
