Gross Claim Services

<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>I currently have a policy with the above mentioned company for my car warrant and recently have issues with my gearbox - I was trying to constitute a claim earlier today and completely failed dismal to even talk to someone to hear my problem out from their call centre. I was holding for the entire hour with no hope of getting someone to speak to so I could log my claim. what a terreble service.</p> <p>I wonder if this is not a formalized ****...</p> <p>I then tried to call their customer service and asked the agent there to request a call back for me and up until now, no one has called me to assist - these are people deducting my account with no fail.</p> <p> </p> <p>what must one do to be assisted in this company?</p> <p>I have always been warned about Telesure companies with bad service or even worse, claims not being honored.
