I ordered flues for my fire place and paid I full. I was told they would install on a Friday. On Tuesday I had to follow up, the owner had convinced me we needed to go through the roof not what my husband had requested through the walk. When they arrived they were unable to install due to a beam. The owners wife said I would be refunded and I could buy in jhb. I am been particularly refunded. They are refusing to refund my money in full when they were the ones who could not deliver as per the agreement. I would never recommend Unity garage doors Bethlehem
