Very poor service waste of money

I always buy a few gallons of oil when it is on special and I never had this problem were I opened 1 to cook and it was smelling terrible like a bad odour were it was kept for a long time maybe a few years.I then called in and spoke to a rude person who could not handle my problem as I opened my other oils and had the same problem and she did not resolve my questions also never called me back.I mean normally the stores keep oils for a long time but this oil I could never cook with I have kids I still have the oil at home so if you want to test you can because I am extremely disappointed with the poor services if you come to my house you can see how many oils I have and I do not keep them for a long time because we are a large family we use lot.So maybe the stores you supply to kept them for a long time and it is not our fault as a customer I want to get answers as this is a waste of my money 3 gallons of 5 litre oils all the same
