Bad service

<p>Unity financial services the worst insurance company ever,I've been calling them and they transfered my call to many department s and finally i spoke to a lady called Rosan she tried to assist me with my claim but she said she cant do much because their system is down and she also said she does not work for Unity she works for 1life direct.Unity financial services(funeral plan) its very frustrating to get any assistance from them </p>
