Very Poor Service

<p>Please be careful before booking any device in at Unitronics ( ********** ) in Cape Town. After a lot of e-mails, telephone calls from me, the insurance broker and the insurance we eventually got the cell phone back! Unitronics received the full payment for a screen replacement on a Samsung Galaxy S6 on 25 January 2017. We eventually received the phone on Saturday, 4 February 2017, more than a week later, R3 767 and at least 20 phone calls and six e-mails! The biggest frustration is that when they eventually pick-up the phone, they just put it straight down again!</p>
