Very Bad Service

I am amazed and horrified at the same time how this company still is in existence.<br> On the 26th of February 2015 Unitronics came to collect my Samsung Front loader washing machine.<br> On the 27th of February they returned the wrong washing machine to us. After complaining and when they feel like answering the phone they then returned the right washing machine to but did not fix the problem, which was on the 2nd March 2015<br> Was the unable to contact them on the phone as no one answers the phone?<br> Very bad service Samsung must withdraw them as an agent to fix there products<br>
