Unitronics - Be afraid, very afraid and stay far away from them

What a horrific experience dealing with Unitronics in Century City - the so-called official repair centre for Samsung. Went there to collect my BlueRay Player on Friday, 23rd March - told it wasn't there because they are moving but it would be delivered to my home that evening, then again Saturday early afternoon, still nothing - despite lots of phone calls and promises that its on the way.

As expected their website is under construction and there is no way to track down any Management Layer - if one exists
