TERRIBLE!!!!!!!
<p>I cannot get through on their landline. This is the 4th time calling and I've been holding for more than 20 min!!! I was holding for more than 15min on the previous call with no luck. We have already paid for the assessment and now we cannot get hold of them. Unacceptable.</p>
