Can you get hold of these guys?

"Unitronics, We sell phones but don't answer them."

I ordered a part for a cellphone mid January. No word for 3 weeks.

I have called Unitronics about 12 times in a 2 week period. 2 times has the phone been answered. I emailed them twice and never got a reply.

I urgently advise Unitronics get another switchboard operator because every single day and all hours they "experience high call volumes" as the IVR says.

You can't run a business like this and I will hesitate next time I have to use Unitronics.

Just to be clear, They do not answer phone calls or reply to your emails. Let's hope that can even order the parts as I am still waiting.
