Bad bad service

I took a note 5 in for screen repairs (under warranty) on Tuesday 19 September. Was told that part had to be ordered. Repair would take 3 to 5 working days. It is now 29 September and i called this morning and was advised that phone is still not ready as there is a backlog as parts only arrived in Tuesday. Samsung is a world wide brand. Unitronics is giving Samsung bad name. I am at eits end to get my phone. Was advised that as soon as it is done i will get an sms i asked how long still and was "politely" told that it would be as sion as possible i just have to wait for sms.
