Absolutly terible service

We have taken a Samsung TV for repair on the 21.02.2018 - all the contact numbers does not get answered and the email addresses gives no response. we had to drive back to the branch only to be told that no work has been done. we were then told 3 to 4 working days. It is now 09.03.2018 and the technician numbers that they gave us does not get answered nor does the emails. We still have not received our TV back.
