Companies who take chances.

This company truck bump my car on the 10 November 2023 at 1 Jake's Gerwal road Goodwood. My insurance didn't pay because my access fee was less than the cost of the car damage. They advise me to call unitrans. I called them and email them with no luck. They told me the case is under investigations till now. I would like to ask anyone who can help on tjis situation please .I need my car to be fixed. I have a case number and the ID nos of the driver and number plate of the truck.
