Worse minor straches and dents service provider

<p>I just had the worse service with the unitrans minor straches and dents insurance I submitted a cliam to them and it took over a month to process and I was given a lousy excuse that this is over the festive season funny how my premiums was still taken regardless. After this my claim was rejected cause my all my dent were not reported as and when they happened they even refused to pay out the dent that I reported "as and when it happened" help me understand Unitrans what am I actually paying for if you dont pay out anything. Such a pitty a company like this would **** someone out of a claim... Cancelling this so called insurance </p>
