Unitrans/klipstone cover up

My wife was in an accident with a Unitrans/klipstone truck 2 months ago and they refused to pay even after their driver admitted guilt and it's in police report and they even did their own investigation and found they were wrong up to now they are refusing to pay coming up with stories and dragging telling us these thngs take time while my wife is in hospital pregnant and no car.lucia murigan is the lady I dealt with and up to now there's nothing happening.she tells me she's been sick and there's always someone new to help the new person starts from the beginning.we were told to wait and send documents which we did and still they tell us stories.
