Unitrans/Equestra, Not paying out claim.

For 6 years we have taken out Unitrans/Equestra warranty's on our vehicles. Its a 2 year warranty you take out each time that pays out a amount depending on the warranty you take out. in our case its a Double Up warranty which should pay out R21 000. We have never used it but had a breakdown in Jan on our way back from holiday. The gasket blew on our Landrover. Equestra and Unitrans has now decided to only cover R5200 of the R21 000 cause they are trying to find a loophole and not pay out. I should have know that that's what they will do. So don't take out a warranty with them, they will find a way Not to pay.
