Terrible service from Unitrans Ford Mokopane

I have had a terrible experience servicing my car at Unitrans Ford Mokopane. I have taken my Ford Figo there for service on 05 Oct 2018. The lights icon was displaying when I switch lights on at night, the beep or buzzer when the door opens with lights on was functioning and the time was also displaying. To my surprise all these are NO longer functioning when my car returned from service. I immediately reported the matter to them, they asked that I bring it back so that they may check. After checking it, I'm now told that the instrument cluster needs to be replaced at a cost? I can no longer see the speedometer at night and I cannot see if lights are on or not, even if I leave lights on and open the door, I can't get a signal anymore. This is very frustrating,

I'm so unhappy because instead of servicing my car they botched it up and they expect me to pay R4657.00 for that replacement which I believe is their fault.

In 2013 when I took my car there for the first time for service, they also made me pay double for labour because they couldn't see that the headlights were off, and when I reported it, they told me to bring it back but I was charged for labour again. They either use *********** technicians or just like to overcharge customers. This is a bad treatment I never experienced from any Ford dealership before.
