Non-disclosures and threats by DP

1. This is a personal matter between myself and McDuling. I’m buying this car in my personal capacity and it has nothing to do with The company I work for.

2. I was **** to by Aysha, confirming the vehicle will be going for a valet in an attempt to get rid of the smoke smell. I’ve requested The proof of valet since Wednesday, and didn’t receive it. On Saturday morning Andre confirmed telephonically that the vehicle has not been valeted after This was confirmed to me

3. I battled to get a copy of the Dekra report, also requesting this since Wednesday, only received a hard copy on Saturday morning.

4. On closer inspection (by the way the vehicle clearly was only hosed down before me collecting) on Sunday at home, I noticed small chips and chips in windscreen

5. My Tracker installation was done today, and the following came to light:

A. Small dent above the driver door handle

B. Confirmation of windscreen chips

C. The vehicle clearly has been in an accident. The bumper has been resprayed, there are damages on the radiator, the alignment on the left and right are different as well as in the middle by the Vw sign. We will point everything out to whoever will come through tomorrow to collect the vehicle.

This non-disclosure would’ve cost me thousands when trying to trade in the vehicle.

As a listed company, you should be doing more to avoid this to happen.

Please confirm next steps as well as when I can expect my deposit back.

I will also lodge this at the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud for reference.

Now Suran wants to pull my company into this as it’s colleagues who pointed the damages out to me.

Andre the 2nd hand manager, said the car can’t be sold as Mastercar if it has been in an accident.
