Mazda Louis Trichardt after sales service

I bought a vehicle from Mazda Louis Trichardt 2nd hand devision on the 11th of July 2017 and with the purchase of the vehicle the sales man talked me into taking an extended warranty against my will. The vehicle broke down 29 October 2017 on returning from Krugersdorp to my home in Louis trichardt. When warranty claim was done it was rejected due to assesor submitted a faulty assessors report and dealer does not want to take responsibility although according to the consumer protection act Mazda Louis Trichardt is still responsible for issues with vehicle and as previously GWM dealer the are aware of the manufacturer problems that comes with them. Im deeply unhappy with the service that i have received and would not recommend your business what so ever
