faulty tail lifts injuring staff

I Mihan, Receiving manager at Pick n Pay, was about to receive the perishable truck. Whilts offloading the rolltainers, the flap of the tail lift was faulty and the rolltainer came down. As I tried to stop it not to fall on myself Ive hurt my wrist doing so, having severe pains and doctors and physio visits and off work wich is causing me time money and still pain. Just because of their negligence I got hurt and maybe have to cope with this the rest of my life. Its not the first time accidents happen with this faulty tail lifts and flaps.
